Return of goods in warranty
All products sold across this sales channel are subject to a 3 month warranty. Products that develop any faults within this period are subject to a replacement or equivalent offering (Subject to stock availability). To qualify under the terms of the warranty, all faulty items must be received within 3 months of the original purchase date together with proof of purchase. Any item received after this period is void of warranty.
Please note that the 3 month warranty covers products for manufacturing defects and does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear. Consumables such as Ink cartridges, batteries & tapes etc, are not covered by the warranty.The only items not covered by a 3 months warranty are the gaming accessories such as controls,batteries,and gaming chairs these carry a 3 months warranty for all problems but not physical damage.
We must be notified before any products can be returned.

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights.
