I’ve never heard of Clip in Hair Extensions...

Can I put them in on my own?

Yes you can, gone are the days when you needed a friend to hold a piece of hair up.  After a few go’s it’s as easy to put them in as putting your hair in a pony tail.

How long does my hair have to be?

As long as you have hair, you’ll be fine.  However, if your own hair is cut above your ears, you will need 2 sets, unless your hair is really thin.  Basically, if you’ve got hair, you can wear them.

I’ve got really thick hair.

For those lucky customers who thick hair we suggest purchasing 2 set’s the reason being, from the back of your head there will be a ‘visible step’ which you don’t want.

Great!  Then you’ve found a solution for fuller thicker hair.

Tell me how they work with my own hair?

Instructions are on all of our designer packaging; however, by taking a single weft you clip this into your own hair against your head and fix with a small snap on clip.  They will not slip and once placed the clip will not be seen through your own hair.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Yes, because the hair is real.  You can use any heat products on the hair to either straighten or curl into your favourite look.

Can I shampoo them and how often should I do that?

Wash them as you would your own with shampoo and conditioner.  Full care instructions are on the back of our packaging.  However, because they won’t look greasy or dull, you don’t need to wash them as often as you do your own hair.

How long does the clip in hair extensions last for?

Our clip in Hair Extensions are 100% human hair, therefore, as long as you look after them, just as your own hair, they will last as long as you want to keep putting them in.  However, they are as delicate as your own hair, so we don’t suggest over using GHD’s, or any heated products, the same as you wouldn’t on your own hair as this will dry out the product.

I can’t wait for my delivery, how can I receive the hair quicker?

We have a contract with FedEx, therefore, please call us on 0208 755 2999 and we’ll organise a speedy delivery.  Most items are normally received next day through the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service.

Do you offer a gift service?

Yes we do, if you would like us to package as a gift and send to the person direct just let us know.
