Delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. 

We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs. Once your order has been processed and 

we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

 Postage Services:

All our items are available with 1st Class postage (subject to weight and value restrictions)

1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery (G'teed Next Day) and courier services are also available on request.

Our Standard Delivery Option in the UK is 1st Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver 

in 1 to 3 working days. 

Postage costs are: 	£3.95 England and Wales

		£5.95 Highlands/Islands, N. Ireland and Guersney/Jersey 

		£19.95 Republic of Ireland and Europe (Airmail)

 Returns

At Lavington Party Gifts we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. 

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract 

for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days. This applies to all of our 

products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. 

Otherwise, we can accept returns of products unused, in an "as new" condition, and in it's original 

packaging. 

 Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be 

advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay 

for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage 

cost.
