Moet & Chandon's champagnes are complete in the sense of being rigorously composed and perfectly balanced. They are well structured with a clean, pronounced attack, developing well on the palate, with good presence and volume, and ending elegantly, with a fresh finish that leaves the palate alert.

They are harmonious champagnes. The characteristics of the different grape varieties complement each other and blend together well, so that none dominates the others. Nose and palate are in perfect harmony. To achieve this harmonious taste, Moet & Chandon's oenologists work to produce well- balanced assemblages combining the three champagne grape varieties and utilising the richness and diversity of the champagne 'terroir' to express their essence.
