FAQ’S

 

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order from one bottle upwards with no additional cost.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Your selection will be delivered within 7 days.

 

What happens if I am out?

Our couriers will attempt delivery on two consecutive days. If they miss you they will leave a card with a contact number for the local depot. You can then arrange a specific day for delivery.

 

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes! In the checkout simply complete the delivery address details. Large orders may be subject to extra credit checks.

 

How will I know when my order is on its way?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

 

How much is the delivery charge?

It’s £6.75 per delivery address for orders up to £60, any orders over that have free delivery!

 

Can I have a gift message sent with my order?

No problem. Just fill in the gift message field at the checkout and we will do the rest.

 

Which products can be sent as gifts?

Simply – everything! Just select the lucky recipients favorites and the gift box style you would like and we will pack it all together. No hassle just great gifts.

 

How can I pay?

We use Googlecheckout and Paypal payment systems which accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Meastro. We also accept all major credit cards vis our on line secure payment system(Protx), however please note we do not accept American Express cards.

 

I need some advice on which products to choose – can you help?

Of course. We know that wine can be a bit daunting and that not everyone is a connoisseur. At Wine Cellar we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to choose the perfect wine. If you need some help, don’t be scared of asking, either call us on 0845 458 6116 or email customer.services@winecellar.co.uk and we will happy to give any advice you need.

We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

 

I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?

Please just click the forgot password link at the top right hand side of the web page.  This is the same area you log in into the site.  An email will then be sent to your regestered eMail address with your current password details.

 

I am not happy with the quality of my wine – what do I do?

Contact customer services on 0845 458 6116 and we will refund the cost of the product you are not satisfied with.
