Scottish Highlands & Islands:                              £10.00 one off surcharge per order
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly:       £10.00 one off surcharge per order
Channel Islands:                                                  £10.00 one off surcharge per order
Republic of Ireland:                                              £20.00 one off surcharge per order

Delivery Speed

Standard delivery:                                               3 - 5 working days
Large & Fragile items:                                          3 - 7 working days
Special request orders:                                       3 - 14 working days

All deliveries are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website.

Urgent Delivery

We also offer "Urgent Priority Express Delivery Service" (1 - 3 Working Days) at an additional cost of £5.00 per item, available on selected items only.

After Payment

Once your goods have been paid for in full, they will be dispatched in the following way: 

Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address and will require a signature upon delivery.

Goods are insured against damage in transit.  Please email us ASAP if the goods are found to be damaged in transit.

The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot or post office (depending on courier). The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered.  Taps UK customer support will email you once we have dispatched your item.

Collection

Taps UK is an online company, we do not offer collection service.
